Digital File FAQs

• Do I have to create a Social Artworking store account to access the files?

  Yes, you will need to create a store account in order to print the design file.

• Can I use the digital files to host parties or classes?

  Only if you are a Social Artworking consultant or retailer. If you are not an SA consultant or retailer, the digital designs can only be used for personal use.

• What does the digital file include?

  Design instructions, design pattern, and an 8 X 10 design image.

• Can the digital file be saved for future use?

  No, the digital file cannot be saved. However, it may be printed up to 25 times.

• How do I print the pattern?

  The pattern may be printed on a home printer or at a local office supply store that has access to a kiosk. For help in assembling your printed pattern, CLICK HERE.

• Do I have to print all 25 prints at one time?

  No, you do not have to print all 25 at once. However, each time you open the print option on the file, the system considers this to be an actual print. So, you need to be 100% certain that you want to print the file when you open the print option on the file.

• How long do I have the option to print the file?

  The file may be printed up to 25 times. The file will remain active in your account up to 5 years.

• Where will I receive my digital file after purchasing?

  The file will be uploaded to the digital order tab in the account associated with your Social Artworking store account.
