It's hard to resist trying out another canvas painting design once you have completed your first so you might end up with quite the collection for your walls! We wanted to show you how a collection of "mis-matched" designs actually can look very good hanging together in a gallery wall installation. Since the paint colors are the same tone, they all work. Try interspersing a few non-canvas items into the display as well. Here, we used a framed banana leaf and a macrame piece to add texture and interest.

Although you can hang your canvas directly on the wall without a frame, we like how finished and elegant this piece looks with an added frame. We found this frame at a yard sale and painted it with Americana Decor Chalky Finish for an instant, chic upgrade.

An inexpensive, yet effective display touch is to use ribbon. Simply staple or glue the ends of your ribbon to the back of the canvas. We really liked how the round pom poms of this ribbon echoed the roundness of the glone. It also adds a bit of whimsy to the wall hanging.

We would love to see how you have displayed your Social Artworking paintings in your home so please share them with us using #socialartworkingDisplay ideas for canvas paintings.
