SHIPPING INFORMATION

The shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart as well as your shipping address. The exact charges will appear during the checkout process, before any payment information is entered.

ALLOW TWO (2) BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING of all orders before shipment.
Orders entered after 1:00 pm Eastern will not be processed until the following business day.

After processing, expected delivery times will vary depending on service and your location:

• UPS Ground takes 4-8 business days
• UPS 2nd Day takes 2 business days
• USPS First Class Mail takes 2-3 business days for East Coast delivery. Midwest to west coast delivery takes 5-7 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days

You are responsible for placing your order early enough to receive it in time for your class or party. Social Artworking will not be responsible for expedited shipping charges if we are not at fault for delayed orders.

Additional restrictions: We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii can not be sent UPS, but may be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Actual shipping costs will be applied when the orders are processed for shipping.

RETURN POLICY

What items are eligible to be returned or exchanged?

Items that are in their original condition and packaging can be returned. Only defective product will be accepted without original packaging.

If I order too many items or the wrong color/size, can I return the product?

You may return items that are in their original condition and packaging, and there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns?

Social Artworking will pay for the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

To receive a refund for items returned by mail, items must be received at our facility within 45 days of ordering.
